I’ve had the pleasure of building marketing and sales development functions, teams, and programs from the ground up, and I’ve faced the challenges of leading in the midst of rapid pivots that impact strategy, budgets, and resources. I’ve felt the joy of hitting big goals as a team and the isolation and confusion that can accompany big transitions. Our workplaces can bring out the very best in us, as well as our deepest insecurities. I’ve been there.

I find the human side of business as fascinating as the strategic and tactical. I love to roll up my sleeves and jump into the fray, whether partnering with leaders and teams as an executive coach or as a seasoned marketing expert. I believe that developing ourselves as leaders offers the possibility of not just changing ourselves, our teams, and our organizations for the better, but everyone else in our orbit, too.
